Co-owners Guillermo and Monica have competed at the national level for several years and both are accomplished competitors.

Guillermo has been a top 3 national level finalist and class winner of many regional shows inclusive of the Orange County, Los Angeles, and Muscle Beach Bodybuilding Championships.

Monica became an IFBB professional figure athlete after winning the 2009 Team Universe Figure Championships in NYC (she won her class as well as the overall title).

In addition to their education, certifications, and experience in helping over 30 clients reach the bodybuilding/figure stage, Guillermo and Monica have modeled and/or written articles on the topics of fitness, training, and/or sports medicine for some of the industry’s leading publications such as Musclemag, Muscular Development, Muscle & Fitness, and Ironman.
